The source home page loaded zero images and zero webfonts. Two webfonts have since been bound — Charis SIL and IBM Plex Sans, both self-hosted (see card 10). Every mark below is either data-exact (built from the source's own numbers) or a vector of a device the page draws in CSS. Provenance for each is in assets/README.md and context/provenance.md.

Wordmark

Serif, 600, -.025em, TLD tinted. This is a type lockup, not a logo — there is no symbol in the source. The disclaimer travels with it in every masthead and footer.

The live lockup as it renders in the masthead — wordmark plus mandatory disclaimer tag. Dropping the disclaimer from a masthead or footer is an anti-pattern.

Topline ribbon

The system's one pure graphic device: a 3px tri-segment rule above everything, in the order the palette is spent — structure, action, signal.

Record-field motif

Data-exact: 197 squares, 13px on a 4px gutter, counts and colors read from the source's REG array. Usable for print, OG images and any static surface.

Mark & runtime icons derived

The source declares no favicon at all. These are derived from the page's own two devices — the filing tab and the volt rule — using registered tokens only. Replace them if real icon artwork is ever produced.

Raster brand artworkNone in source — image.png in this workspace is a City of Avon Lake screenshot belonging to the superseded burgundy direction, deliberately out of scope.
